Copyrights and/or Rights relating to Drawings and Models

This site constitutes a work of which RENAULT is the originator within the meaning of articles L. 111.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, the design and development of the said site being the work of Chewing Com.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences, both with and without sound, and all works incorporated into the site are the property of RENAULT or of third parties having authorised RENAULT to use them.
The models of vehicles represented on the site are protected with regard to copyright and under articles L.511.1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered models.
Reproductions, on a paper or computerised medium, of the said site and of the works and models of vehicles reproduced on it are authorised subject to their being strictly reserved to personal use, excluding all use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes, and/or subject to their complying to the provisions of article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademarks


The appellation RENAULT, the RENAULT logo (diamond), the name of the vehicles in the RENAULT range and the related products and services, are trademarks registered by RENAULT.
Other marks are also cited; in principle, they are identified by a capital letter. They are used by RENAULT either with the authorisation of their owner or simply as an indication of products or services offered by RENAULT.
The reproduction, imitation, use or affixing of these marks without RENAULT's prior authorisation having been obtained or their respective owners constitutes a pirating offence punishable by two years' imprisonment and a fine of € 150,000.
